General Description
We’re looking for a seasoned creative director in New York City, New York working across a variety of clients (healthcare vertical). This is a highly rewarding position responsible for thought-leadership and digital strategy across all clients, internal brand, and optimizing internal production. Also understands business KPIs across the organization and demonstrates best in class digital production team scaling and web design expertise.
Requirements
- 10+ years in design profession
- 5+ years experience as a creative director
- Strong experience driving brand strategy
- Deep knowledge of design stacks, information architecture, and languages
- Expertise with all necessary design software (Sketch, Adobe CS, InVision)
- Portfolio with strong case studies for leading brand execution and evolution
- Strong experience scaling design and development teams
Responsibilities
- Oversees seasoned team of Project Managers for milestones, deliverables, and risks to projects
- Providing thought leadership and consulting to clients to develop digital strategy
- Helps secure and drive new initiatives for clients
- Audit internal structures and iterate for optimum efficiency and production of creative product.
- Upscale design and development resources and teams to meet client & internal demand
- Ensures effort of the team are aligned
- Reports to senior management

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
